Returns

If you would like to return an item, please contact our support team within 30 days after receiving your order.

To start a return request, email us at info@nooriboutique.com with your order number and reason for return.

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and undamaged
  • All original tags must remain attached
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, our team will provide the return instructions and warehouse address.

For your protection, we recommend sending returns with a tracked shipping service, as the customer remains responsible for the parcel until it has safely arrived.

Return shipping costs are normally the responsibility of the customer. However, if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Noori Boutique will handle the issue accordingly.

We do not charge any restocking fees.

Refunds

Once the returned product arrives, it will be inspected by our team.

After approval, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been completed.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

Send an email to info@nooriboutique.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • A short description of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a full refund without requiring a return shipment.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.
