Order Processing Information
Orders placed through Noori Boutique are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) after the order has been confirmed.
Orders submitted after 3:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details.
Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, orders shipped within the United States are typically delivered within 5–9 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping route, carrier availability, and seasonal demand.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Delivery Failures or Address Errors
If a parcel cannot be delivered and is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, the order may be returned to our facility.
In such cases, the refund will include the product value minus any shipping costs and return fees charged by the carrier.
Customers may request a re-shipment of the order, which will be arranged once the additional shipping cost has been paid.
